Melissa and I have been friends for over 18 years, sharing laughter, milestones, and unforgettable memories. From childhood sleepovers to working our first jobs together, our bond has only grown stronger, deepened by the closeness of both our families. Our friendship means the world to me, shaping so much of who I am. “Missy my Sissy” is the kind of person who makes life brighter just by being in it! Even as a new mama with sweet baby Quinn, she still shows up for everyone with the same love, kindness, and support. I am honoured to have her by my side as my maid of honour! Ps. Melissa is a paramedic and her husband is a chiropractor so there is no holding back on the dance floor!

Sarah and I have been friends for 17 years, ever since we met at Muskoka Woods sleepover camp the summer before high school. From texting daily to being inseparable at Wilfrid Laurier, our bond has never wavered, even with her thriving in Vancouver. Despite the distance, our connection is effortless and so important to me. Growing up together, we shaped each other and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without her. Now, we will be celebrating our weddings just one month apart! I feel so lucky to share this milestone with her - our dream come true!

Nicole and I became instant friends, it was Weston that brought us together. From winning the women’s member-guest tournament—twice!—to endless laughter, our bond grew quickly. She’s been there since the very start of Ross and my journey, always cheering us on. Our shared love for golf, family, food, and celebrating life has only strengthened our connection. Nicole’s energy is magnetic, her heart is huge, and I’m so grateful to have her by my side on my wedding day!

Brittany and I go way back to elementary school, reconnecting six years ago over a manicure, which reignited a heartfelt friendship. We share a love for family, hosting, and planning, and I admire the incredible life she’s built with JC and their adorable sons, Brodie and Dawson. A true superwoman, Brittany pours her heart into everything—family, business, and even launching her own brand, Beach Bear & Co. I’m so grateful for her inspiring energy and honoured to have her by my side!

I’m SO excited to call Nicole my sister-in-law! From the moment we met, she was incredibly kind and welcoming, and our friendship quickly grew. She’s the kind of person you just want to be around, and I appreciate every minute I get to spend with her. She’s an amazing mom, wife, and through this a true inspiration for me when it’s my turn. Watching her raise Clare and Lucy has brought me so much joy as an auntie. Nicole’s heart shines through everything she does, including her business, Lion and Bear. I feel so lucky to have her as family and can’t wait for all that is to come!

What can I say about someone I’ve looked up to my entire life? Kyle has been nothing short of amazing, always there for me, even when I take full advantage of being the younger brother and love to get under his skin. Despite that, he’s always had my back, and I feel incredibly lucky to have him standing by my side. From playing every sport together growing up to our travels around the world together I'm lucky to now workout with Kyle in his gym, the Lab, multiple times a week. I am beyond grateful to share such a close, meaningful relationship with him.

Connor has been incredibly welcoming from the very first day I met him, making me feel like part of the family right away. I’ve had the privilege of spending time with him both in Toronto and in Florida, which has been filled with laughs and good times. Connor is one of those people who can light up a room with his humour and charisma, and he never hesitates to tell it like it is which is something I truly respect about him. While it feels like we've been brothers for a while now I can't wait to make it official!

Mike and I met in grade 9 and quickly became friends. Like most of my groomsmen, we spent countless nights in high school playing poker and watching sports. After university we became roommates and our condo quickly became a gathering spot for our friends everyone! Now Mike and I frequently play golf together but never on the same team as we quickly realized we never win! Through all the ups and downs of life, we’ve always been there for each other, and our friendship has only grown stronger over the past 20 years.

Rider – Another RSGC alum! My brother Kyle first asked me to meet Matt in grade 7 and I told him I didn’t want to be set up for a friend. Little did I know 2 years later we would meet and become best buddies. Rider and I never shy away from a heated sports debates which I can admit I am usually outmatched but I take solace in my Chiefs outmatching his Bills when it matters most. 20 years of friendship has flown by, from trips to DR, Cuba, Banff and many road trips in-between Matt is a friend for life and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Aka Partsy. We became friends in 2020 as we played golf that summer together more times than we should admit. We are now partners in most tournaments at Weston and have yet to win a single one. I would like to blame that on him, but I simply can’t. Our friendship grew on the course but now great buddies off the course and looking forward to whatever comes next for us! Dave is a great guy who has supported Caley and I every step of the way!

Have to be careful around Al as he might just throw me in jail being the staunch prosecutor he is! All jokes aside Al has been a best buddy since we met some 20 years ago. We’ve had many of trips together capped off when Al came to visit me in Barcelona and went to Croatia after that. Al, myself and the other groomsmen are a tight knit friend group and am so lucky to have him in my life and in my wedding party!

Another groomsmen I met in grade 9. Like the other groomsmen we bonded over sports and poker. Spent countless nights hanging out throughout our 20 year friendship and have been lucky to have gone on a number of trips with Pat. We remain great friends and if I am ever in need I know Pat will always be there for me! He is always down to have a good time and lucky for him to be a groomsman.

Our sweet happy beautiful fun-loving nieces! They bring us so much joy and we love any moment we can spend with them. We are so excited to watch them grow up. Having a front row seat to their life's journey will be an honour. Having them as flower girls at our wedding will be something we will remember forever.
